Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Charged Up Training website, creating a parent account, purchasing a package or membership, or booking a training session, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Parent or guardian authority
Parent accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the athlete's participation, information, and account activity.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate account and athlete information and keep it up to date.
4. Purchases and package credits
Package credits are issued when a package is purchased and used according to the Package & Membership Terms. Bonus sessions are included in the displayed total for each package.
5. Memberships and billing
Memberships include a set number of training credits each month for the selected 3-, 6-, or 12-month term. Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over. Monthly plans do not continue automatically after the selected term ends unless renewed. Payments are processed through Stripe.
6. Booking and scheduling
Sessions are booked through the parent account. Available sessions and confirmed locations are shown on the calendar, in booking confirmations, and in the parent dashboard.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
8. Facility and schedule changes
Charged Up Training operates in Montgomery County and the greater DMV. Exact gym locations and schedules may change based on gym availability. Every booked family receives updates through the booking confirmation and the parent dashboard.
9. Athlete conduct
Athletes are expected to bring appropriate attire, be respectful to coaches and other athletes, and give a genuine effort. Coach Devin reserves the right to remove an athlete from a session or program for repeated conduct that disrupts training or safety.
10. Parent conduct
Parents are welcome to observe. We ask that coaching happen on the floor and that communication with staff be respectful. Charged Up Training may decline service where conduct interferes with the training experience.
11. Website use
You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes related to Charged Up Training services. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts you do not own, or use automated means to interact with the site outside its intended purpose.
12. Intellectual property
The Charged Up Training name, logo, branding, curriculum, film content, and website content are the property of Charged Up Training and its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute this content without permission.
13. Prohibited use
You may not use the services or website in a way that violates the law, infringes on another person's rights, or endangers athletes, coaches, or staff.
14. Service availability
We work to keep the website and services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Sessions may be rescheduled based on facility, weather, or other operational factors.
15. Communications and notices
By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to receive service-related communications about your bookings, packages, memberships, and account. You may reply directly to these emails to reach Coach Devin.
16. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version is always the one published on this page.
