Package & Membership Terms

Package credits

When a training package is purchased, session credits are added to the parent account and become usable immediately. Each completed session deducts one credit of the matching type. Balances are visible in the parent dashboard after signing in.

Package completion window

Training packages are intended to be completed within 90 days of purchase unless the applicable product terms or a written arrangement state otherwise. Reach out to Coach Devin if life circumstances make an extension necessary.

Bonus sessions

Bonus sessions are included in the displayed total for each package. Bonus credits are added to the parent balance at purchase and behave like any other credit of the same type.

  • Private 6-Session Pack: 6 paid sessions, 6 total usable sessions.
  • Private 10-Session Pack: 10 paid sessions + 1 bonus, 11 total usable sessions.
  • Private 15-Session Pack: 15 paid sessions + 1 bonus, 16 total usable sessions.
  • Private 20-Session Pack: 20 paid sessions + 1 bonus, 21 total usable sessions, includes a Charged Up t-shirt.
  • Private 25-Session Pack: 25 paid sessions + 2 bonus, 27 total usable sessions, includes a Charged Up t-shirt.
  • Group 4-Session Pack: 4 paid sessions, 4 total usable sessions.
  • Group 8-Session Pack: 8 paid sessions, 8 total usable sessions.
  • Group 12-Session Pack: 12 paid sessions + 1 bonus, 13 total usable sessions.
  • Group 16-Session Pack: 16 paid sessions + 1 bonus, 17 total usable sessions.

Credit types

Private, group, family, and membership credits are tracked separately and used for their matching session type. Credits are not automatically interchangeable across types. If you need to switch a session's type, contact Coach Devin and he'll handle it directly.

Family packages

Family packages are for two siblings training together in the same 60-minute private session. Sessions credit to a shared family balance in the parent account. To add additional siblings, contact Coach Devin for custom pricing.

Session completion and deduction

A credit is deducted when a session is completed. Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours in advance do not use a credit. See the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for inside-24-hour handling.

Memberships

Charged Up Training memberships include a set number of training credits each month: Foundation (4 credits), Elevate (8 credits), and Elite (12 credits). Membership credits may be used for eligible private or group sessions.

  • Monthly credit issuance: credits are issued each month while the membership is active.
  • Rollover: monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over.
  • Unused credits: credits not used in a given month do not carry into the following month.
  • Terms: memberships are offered on 3-, 6-, or 12-month commitments, billed monthly or as a pay-in-full total.
  • Auto-renewal: monthly plans do not continue automatically after the selected term ends unless renewed.
  • Managing or canceling: contact Coach Devin to change or cancel a membership. He will confirm the change and when it takes effect.

Refunds and transfers

Refund, transfer, pause, and freeze requests are handled case-by-case by Coach Devin. Please reach out with the details of your situation and he'll work with you to find the best path forward.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version is always the one published on this page.
