Should a new athlete start with private or group training?

Private sessions are best when an athlete needs individual attention on specific skills or fundamentals. Group sessions add competition, pace, and live decision-making. Many families combine both — start with what matches your athlete's current goal and we can adjust.

How do I create a parent account?

Click Sign In in the header, then Create Account. You'll add your athlete during onboarding.

How do I book the first session?

After signing in, pick a session type and open the calendar. Select an available slot, confirm, and you'll receive an email confirmation with the location.

Can I complete the athlete assessment before purchasing?

Yes. The Athlete Assessment is free and helps Coach Devin recommend the right training path. It does not require a purchase.

Does Charged Up help with AAU guidance or long-term development?

Yes. Coach Devin advises families on AAU decisions, team placement, and long-term player development plans as part of the coaching relationship.

What should an athlete bring?

Basketball shoes, athletic clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Ball is provided but athletes are welcome to bring their own.

Locations may vary week to week depending on gym availability. Every booked family receives the exact confirmed location for their session.

The confirmed location is included in the booking confirmation email and is also visible in the parent dashboard. If a location changes after booking, Coach Devin sends a schedule-change notification.

Can parents remain during training?

Yes. Parents are welcome to observe. We ask families to let coaching happen on the floor without side coaching so the athlete can focus.

You'll receive an email and a dashboard notification. Bookings and credits are preserved — no action needed unless you want to reschedule.

When a package is purchased, credits are added to your parent account. Each booking uses one credit of the matching type when the session is completed.

Foundation includes 4 credits per month, Elevate includes 8, and Elite includes 12. Credits appear in your parent account each month while the membership is active.

Memberships bill monthly or as a pay-in-full total, for a 3-, 6-, or 12-month term. Monthly plans do not continue automatically after the selected term ends unless you renew.
