Your First Charged Up Training Session.

A quick guide for parents and athletes so day one feels smooth, confident, and productive.

Before booking

  • Create or sign in to your parent account.
  • Select the correct athlete on the account.
  • Choose the right session type — private, group, family, or a membership credit.
  • Complete any requested athlete or development information.

What to bring

  • Basketball shoes.
  • Athletic clothing you can move in.
  • A full water bottle.
  • Any medical or emergency information the coach should know.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work.

Arrival

  • Review the confirmed gym address from your booking confirmation.
  • Follow any parking or entrance instructions in the email.
  • Arrive about 10 minutes early for the first session.
  • Check email and the parent dashboard the day of for any schedule or facility updates.

What to expect

  • A warm coach introduction from Coach Devin.
  • A short conversation about the athlete's goals.
  • Skill observation and hands-on instruction.
  • Age- and level-appropriate development work.
  • Feedback on recommended next steps.

After training

  • Your parent account and session balance update.
  • Coach notes or progress information when available.
  • Book the next session right from the dashboard.
  • A package or membership recommendation when it makes sense for the athlete.

Exact gym locations can vary week to week based on gym availability. Every booked family receives the confirmed location in the booking confirmation email and in the parent dashboard.
