Cancellation & Rescheduling

The 24-hour policy

Charged Up Training uses a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. When possible, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session start time. Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours in advance do not use a session credit.

Inside the 24-hour window

Cancellation or rescheduling requests submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled start time require Coach Devin's review and approval. A credit is not automatically restored for inside-24-hour requests. Coach Devin will confirm the outcome by email or through the parent dashboard.

How to cancel or reschedule

Sign in to your parent account and open the booking you'd like to change. Use the Cancel option or contact Coach Devin directly for a reschedule. Inside-24-hour requests can also be sent by replying to your booking confirmation email.

If a session is canceled by Charged Up Training

If Coach Devin needs to cancel or reschedule a session, your credit is preserved and you will be notified by email and through the parent dashboard. You can rebook whenever it works for your family.

Facility and schedule changes

Exact gym locations and weekly schedules may change based on gym availability. Every booked family receives updates through the booking confirmation and the parent dashboard. Monitor your account and email for the confirmed location of each session.
